Ready Meal Factory

Ready Meal Factory Solutions

A ready meal factory does not buy a vegetable cut or a meat cut in isolation. It buys an ingredient that must still work after cooking, filling and packing. Consider a producer making a chicken rice tray and a vegetable-filled product from some of the same raw materials. The example below is a planning exercise; it does not describe a customer installation.

Start with a recipe matrix

ComponentQuestions before choosing a cutterCheck at the next station
Boneless chickenIs it prepared fresh or lightly chilled? Are slices or strips required?Does the cut suit cooking and portioning?
CarrotDoes each recipe need slices, small pieces or another format?Does the shape remain usable after heating or mixing?
Leafy vegetableWhat length, feed direction and trim state are practical? Can the portion be filled and packed consistently?

Record the ingredient condition, target shape and next operation for each SKU. Where two recipes share a component, we look for a common cutting setup. Where the shapes differ, the changeover time belongs in the production plan.

Build a cutting sequence around those components

For suitable prepared boneless chicken, we can trial the JX-300 meat cutting machine with a knife set chosen for the required slices or strips. A hard-frozen block needing portioned slices presents a different starting condition; the JX-25 frozen meat slicer is assessed for that job rather than placed in the same trial as lightly chilled meat.

For appropriate vegetables, washing may take place upstream using the air-bubble fruit and vegetable washer. We then assess the JX-802 dual-head vegetable cutter against the actual carrot and leafy-vegetable formats. The availability of more cutting options is valuable only if the resulting pieces meet the recipes and changeovers fit the shift.

This JX-802 trial illustrates one cutting station. Use your own prepared vegetables to confirm the required shape, size range and collection method.

Judge the ingredient after the next operation

Take a sample from the cutter and follow it into the actual cooking, filling or packing step. Record damaged pieces, usable weight, appearance after processing and the time needed to switch to the next SKU. A neat cut at the outlet is not enough if the piece breaks during mixing or makes the packed meal inconsistent. Plant sanitation and temperature controls remain part of the production procedure.

To begin a trial, send us one finished meal specification and the raw condition of its most difficult component. We can discuss the cut and knife configuration first, then see where it fits in the wider ready meal processing solution. Contact Jiaxuan Machinery with that component brief.
