Pork Skin Removal Results | JX-300 and JX-500 Meat Skinning Machines
Pork Skin Removal Results
Watch how Jiaxuan's meat skinning machine separates rind from prepared pork cuts. The result depends on the cut, product temperature, blade condition and selected removal depth. This page helps you assess the finish before choosing equipment for your own processing line. For the machine configuration and model specifications, explore our Commercial Pork Skinning Machine (JX-300 and JX-500).

The video shows product feeding, skin separation and the finished cut. Inspect the skinned surface and removed rind together when judging the result.
What to Check in Your Sample
Removal depth: Check whether the skin is removed to the finish you need across the cut.
Usable meat: Compare the finished piece with the removed rind to assess meat retention.
Repeatability: Test several pieces prepared in the same way rather than judging one pass.
The machine's skinning depth is adjustable from 0.6 to 6 mm. Start with a few pieces, then adjust the setting for your pork's rind thickness and structure. Properly chilled, boneless cuts with a relatively flat feeding surface are easier to guide consistently.
Model Widths and Next Steps
The JX-300 has a 300 mm skinning width, while the JX-500 has a 499 mm width. Select a width for the size of your prepared cuts, then confirm the chosen model and material with a sample run.
To discuss a sample test, send Jiaxuan photos of your pork, the cut dimensions, rind thickness and desired finished surface. Ask for a test video using your own material before confirming a model.
