Commercial Pork Skinning Machine for Meat Processing Plants
The Commercial Pork Skinning Machine is designed for fast and consistent removal of pork skin, rind and surface membranes while minimizing unnecessary meat loss. Compared with manual trimming, the machine helps processors improve skinning uniformity, reduce repetitive knife work and prepare meat more efficiently for slicing, portioning, marinating and further processing.
Available in JX-300 and JX-500 configurations, the machine provides skinning widths of 300 mm and 499 mm. Its adjustable 0.6–6 mm skinning depth, stainless steel worktable, foot-pedal control and precision blade assembly make it suitable for butcher shops, meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, central kitchens and seafood processing facilities.
Key Features
Two Processing Widths: Available in JX-300 and JX-500 models with skinning widths of 300 mm and 499 mm.
Adjustable Skinning Depth: The removal depth can be adjusted from 0.6 to 6 mm according to the product and required result.
Reduced Meat Loss: The precision blade separates skin or membrane while helping retain more usable meat.
Pork, Beef and Fish Compatibility: Suitable for pork belly, pork rind, ham, beef cuts, beef membranes and compatible fish fillets.
Foot-Pedal Operation: Allows the operator to control the machine while keeping both hands available for product positioning.
Stainless Steel Worktable: Provides a wide, hygienic surface for handling meat before and after skin removal.
Commercial-Grade Structure: Designed for repeated operation in butcher shops, central kitchens and meat processing facilities.
Simple Mechanical Adjustment: The skinning depth can be changed according to the thickness and structure of different raw materials.

Machine Overview
The machine combines a feed mechanism, pressure roller and precision blade to separate skin or membrane from the meat. The operator places the prepared product on the worktable with the skin or membrane facing the cutting area and activates the machine using the foot pedal.
As the product enters the skinning assembly, the feed mechanism grips and advances the skin while the blade separates it from the usable meat. The skinned product passes across the worktable, while the removed skin or membrane is discharged separately.
The JX-300 is a compact model with a 300 mm skinning width and a 0.37 kW motor. The larger JX-500 provides a 499 mm skinning width and a 0.75 kW motor for wider pork belly, beef and fish products.

Suitable Products and Applications
The machine is primarily designed for removing pork skin and rind from pork belly, ham, pork shoulder, pork loin, pork leg and other suitably prepared pork cuts. It can also remove compatible surface membranes and connective layers from beef cuts such as brisket and other boneless meat portions.
With the correct depth setting and product preparation, the machine can also process salmon fillets, tilapia fillets, white-fish fillets and other suitable fish portions. The raw material should have a relatively flat and stable contact surface so it can enter the skinning mechanism evenly.
The equipment is not limited to the products shown in the application images. Other boneless meat and fish portions may be processed when their size, thickness, skin structure and firmness are compatible with the selected model.
Typical users include pork processing plants, slaughterhouses, butcher shops, meat wholesalers, bacon manufacturers, ham processors, seafood factories, fish-fillet processors, central kitchens, supermarkets, restaurant suppliers and prepared-food manufacturers.
Production Applications: Pork Belly, Pork Rind, Ham, Pork Shoulder, Pork Loin, Beef Membranes, Beef Brisket, Salmon Fillets, Tilapia Fillets and White-Fish Fillets

How Adjustable Skinning Depth Helps Reduce Meat Loss
Different raw materials have different skin, rind, fat and membrane thicknesses. Using one fixed blade position for every product can remove too much usable meat or leave skin and membrane on the finished portion.
The machine provides an adjustable skinning depth of 0.6–6 mm. A shallower setting is suitable for thin membranes and delicate fish skin, while a deeper setting may be used for thicker pork rind or products with a heavier surface layer.
Before batch production, the operator should test several pieces and inspect both the skinned meat and the removed skin. The setting can then be adjusted until the required balance between clean removal and meat retention is achieved.
Product temperature also affects the result. Properly chilled meat is generally firmer and easier to guide through the skinning mechanism than very soft or warm meat. A flat feeding surface, steady positioning and a sharp blade help improve skinning consistency.

Why Choose This Commercial Pork Skinning Machine?
The JX-300 and JX-500 provide two processing widths for different production environments. The compact JX-300 is suitable for butcher shops, restaurants, smaller meat processors and businesses handling narrower portions. The JX-500 is suitable for meat factories, pork processors and seafood facilities that need to process wider products.
Adjustable skinning depth allows one machine to handle different skin and membrane structures. This makes the equipment useful not only for pork rind removal but also for compatible beef membranes and fish skinning applications.
Compared with manual knife trimming, mechanical skin removal can improve portion consistency and reduce operator fatigue. Controlling the removal depth also helps processors retain more saleable meat, improve finished-product appearance and standardize downstream slicing or packaging.
Before ordering, buyers should provide the raw-material type, maximum product width, skin thickness, product temperature and required finished result. Sample testing is recommended when processing products other than standard pork cuts.

FAQS
1. What products can this meat skinning machine process?
It can process suitably prepared pork belly, ham, pork shoulder, pork loin, beef cuts, beef membranes, salmon fillets, tilapia fillets, white-fish fillets and other compatible boneless meat or fish portions.
2. Can the machine remove both pork rind and fish skin?
Yes. The machine can remove pork rind and compatible fish skin when the raw material has a suitable shape and firmness. Different products require different skinning-depth settings, so testing is recommended before continuous production.
3. What is the adjustable skinning-depth range?
Both the JX-300 and JX-500 support a skinning depth of approximately 0.6–6 mm. The correct setting depends on skin thickness, meat firmness and the amount of surface fat or membrane that needs to be removed.
4. Which model should I choose?
Choose the JX-300 for products up to approximately 300 mm wide and for smaller processing spaces. Choose the JX-500 for products up to approximately 499 mm wide or when processing wider pork belly, beef and fish portions.
5. Does the machine reduce meat loss?
The adjustable depth and precision blade can reduce unnecessary meat removal compared with inconsistent manual trimming. However, the final yield depends on correct adjustment, blade sharpness, product temperature and operator technique.
6. How should the machine be cleaned and maintained?
Disconnect the power supply before cleaning or maintenance. Remove meat, fat and skin residue from the worktable, feed mechanism, blade area and discharge section after production. Inspect the blade regularly for sharpness, alignment and damage. Do not spray high-pressure water directly onto the motor, controls or electrical components.
