Fresh Meat Dicing Machine for Beef Pork and Chicken

The fresh meat dicing machine is designed to cut boneless beef, pork, chicken and other prepared meat into uniform cubes in one processing cycle. Its grid blade assembly, automatic pushing mechanism and cross-cutting knife work together to produce clean, consistent meat cubes while reducing repetitive manual cutting.

The machine can process fresh, chilled and lightly frozen meat from approximately -5°C to room temperature. For firmer and more regular cubes, meat chilled to approximately -3°C to -4°C is generally recommended. Two models are available, with production capacities ranging from 500 to 1200 kg/h for central kitchens, meat factories and prepared-food production lines.

Key Features

  • Produces uniform meat cubes in one automatic cutting cycle.

  • Suitable for boneless beef, pork, chicken, lamb and other prepared meat.

  • Common cube sizes from approximately 3 to 20 mm can be configured according to production requirements.

  • Processes fresh, chilled and lightly frozen meat from approximately -5°C to room temperature.

Grid blade assembly and cross-cutting knife provide clean, three-dimensional cutting.

  • Automatic step-feeding mechanism improves cube-size consistency.

  • Production capacity ranges from 500 to 1200 kg/h, depending on the selected model.

  • Stainless steel construction supports hygienic processing and convenient cleaning.

The operating video demonstrates meat loading, automatic pushing, grid cutting and one-pass dicing under actual production conditions.

Machine Overview

Prepared boneless meat blocks are placed into the loading chamber. The automatic pushing mechanism moves the meat steadily toward the grid blade assembly, where it is cut into uniform strips. The cross-cutting knife then completes the final cut, producing meat cubes in one continuous process.

The coordinated pushing and cutting action helps maintain consistent cube dimensions while reducing meat deformation and unnecessary handling. Different grid blade sets can be selected according to the required cube size.

The JX-350 is suitable for medium-volume production, while the larger JX-550 provides a wider loading chamber and higher output for continuous industrial processing.

Suitable Products and Applications

The machine is suitable for properly prepared boneless beef, pork, chicken breast, chicken thigh meat, turkey, duck, lamb, mutton and selected firm fish fillets. It can also process suitable ham, bacon and other firm meat products when their dimensions and texture match the loading chamber and cutting configuration.

For the best dicing results, large bones, hard cartilage, excessive tendons and foreign materials should be removed before loading. Meat can be processed fresh, chilled or lightly frozen, but excessively hard frozen blocks should not be used unless the machine and cutting configuration have been specifically confirmed.

The finished meat cubes can be used for kebabs and skewers, stir-fried dishes, stews, curries, hot pot ingredients, canned meat, sausage fillings, dumpling fillings, ready meals, frozen food, portion-controlled meal kits and pet-food production.

Typical users include meat processing factories, slaughterhouse processing departments, central kitchens, frozen-food manufacturers, prepared-meal producers, catering suppliers, supermarket meat-processing centers, sausage factories and institutional food kitchens.

Production Applications: Beef Cubes, Pork Dice, Chicken Cubes, Kebab Meat, Ready-Meal Ingredients and Frozen Meat Processing

One-Pass Three-Dimensional Dicing for Standardized Meat Cubes

The main production advantage of this automatic meat dicing machine is its ability to complete longitudinal, vertical and cross cutting in one coordinated process. The grid blade assembly determines the basic cutting size, while the cross-cutting knife separates the meat into uniform cubes.

Compared with manual knife cutting, automated dicing helps processors maintain more consistent portion sizes, reduce preparation time and improve the appearance of finished meat products. Uniform cubes also support more predictable cooking, seasoning, weighing, packaging and freezing.

Processing lightly frozen meat at approximately -3°C to -4°C can provide additional firmness, helping the machine produce cleaner edges and more regular cubes with reduced deformation.

Product Details

1. Large Meat Loading Chamber

The loading chamber accommodates prepared meat blocks for continuous commercial processing. The JX-550 provides a larger 550 × 120 × 120 mm chamber for higher-volume production.

2. Automatic Step-Feeding Mechanism

The pushing system advances the meat at controlled intervals, helping maintain accurate cutting dimensions and reducing the need for manual contact during processing.

3. Interchangeable Grid Blade Assembly

The grid blade assembly cuts meat into uniform strips before the final cross cut. Different grid sizes can be selected to produce the required meat cube dimensions.

4. S-Shaped Cross-Cutting Knife

The sharp cross-cutting knife completes the dicing process efficiently and helps create smooth, well-defined cube surfaces with reduced tearing.

5. Stainless Steel Machine Body

The stainless steel construction provides durability, corrosion resistance and a surface that is easier to clean for regular meat-processing applications.

6. Simple Control Panel

The clearly arranged controls allow the operator to start, stop and manage the cutting process conveniently.

7. Protective Cutting Chamber

The cutting components are enclosed within the machine body to reduce exposure to moving parts during normal operation. Access doors should only be opened after the machine has been completely powered off.

8. Accessible Cleaning and Maintenance Structure

The machine provides access to the loading, cutting and internal operating areas for routine cleaning, blade inspection and maintenance after shutdown.

FAQS

1. What types of meat can this machine dice?

It can process properly prepared boneless beef, pork, chicken, turkey, duck, lamb and other meat with suitable firmness. Selected firm fish fillets, ham and similar products may also be processed after confirming the material and required size.

2. Can it process frozen meat?

The machine is suitable for fresh, chilled and lightly frozen meat from approximately -5°C to room temperature. Meat chilled to around -3°C to -4°C generally provides better firmness for producing regular cubes. Hard-frozen meat blocks should not be processed without technical confirmation.

3. What cube sizes can the machine produce?

The cutting size is customizable through different grid blade sets. Common meat cube sizes range from approximately 3 to 20 mm. Please provide the required finished dimensions before ordering.

4. Can the machine cut meat containing bones?

No. This machine is intended for boneless meat. Large bones, hard cartilage, foreign materials and excessive tendons should be removed before processing to protect the cutting system and maintain finished-product quality.

5. What is the difference between the JX-350 and JX-550?

The JX-350 has a 380 × 80 × 80 mm loading chamber and a capacity of approximately 500–800 kg/h. The larger JX-550 has a 550 × 120 × 120 mm loading chamber and a capacity of approximately 800–1200 kg/h.

6. Can the voltage and cutting size be customized?

The standard specification is 380 V. Electrical specifications, plug type and grid blade size can be confirmed according to the destination country and required meat cube dimensions.
