Watch the commercial bone saw machine cut frozen meat blocks, pork ribs and bone-in products into controlled portions using its high-speed moving band saw blade.

Machine Overview

The machine uses an electric motor and band-wheel system to drive a continuous saw blade through the cutting area. The operator places the prepared product on the worktable, adjusts the thickness guide and steadily guides the meat or bone toward the blade.

The adjustable guide helps control the required portion thickness during repeated cutting. Compared with manual chopping, the bandsaw provides greater flexibility when processing thick frozen meat blocks, irregular bone-in products, ribs, poultry and fish.

Three model sizes are available. The compact JX-250 is suitable for smaller products and limited workspaces. The JX-300 provides a larger cutting area for general commercial meat processing, while the JX-400 is designed for larger meat blocks and bone-in products.

The saw blade operates automatically through the motor-driven system, but the product is positioned and fed manually by the operator. This structure allows users to change cutting direction and portion size according to different raw materials.

Suitable Products and Applications

The commercial bone saw machine can process frozen beef, frozen pork, mutton, lamb, pork ribs, beef ribs, bone-in meat blocks, pork trotters, poultry, whole chicken, duck, turkey, frozen fish and other suitable meat or seafood products.

It can be used to prepare pork chops, rib sections, steak portions, bone-in meat cubes, frozen meat blocks, poultry portions, fish steaks and retail-ready meat cuts. The adjustable guide allows the operator to change the required cutting thickness for retail packaging, restaurant preparation, hot pot ingredients or further food processing.

The machine is not limited to the products shown in the application pictures. Other chilled, frozen or bone-in products can also be processed when their dimensions and hardness are within the selected model’s cutting range.

For extremely dense bones, oversized products or deeply frozen materials, buyers should provide the raw-material dimensions, product temperature, bone type and required cutting size before ordering. A sample cutting test is recommended for non-standard applications.

Typical users include butcher shops, meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, supermarkets, frozen-food factories, central kitchens, restaurants, hotels, seafood processors, catering suppliers and prepared-food production facilities.

Production Applications: Frozen Meat Blocks, Pork Ribs, Beef Ribs, Pork Chops, Bone-In Meat Portions, Poultry, Fish Steaks and Retail Meat Cuts

How the Adjustable Guide Improves Portion Cutting

Before cutting, the operator adjusts the positioning guide according to the required portion thickness. The frozen meat, ribs or bone-in product is then placed flat on the worktable and kept in a stable position.

The operator steadily guides the product toward the vertical band saw blade. The guide provides a consistent reference point for repeated cutting, helping reduce large differences between individual portions.

After each cut, the remaining product can be repositioned against the guide for the next portion. This operating method is suitable for butcher shops and processing facilities that handle different raw-material sizes and frequently change their cutting specifications.

The finished cutting quality depends on product temperature, blade sharpness, blade tension, bone density and operator feeding speed. Correct blade installation and steady feeding help produce cleaner cuts while reducing unnecessary meat loss and bone fragments.

Bone Saw

Why Choose This Commercial Meat and Bone Saw Machine?

This bone saw series provides a flexible solution for businesses that process products of different sizes. Buyers can select the JX-250 for smaller butcher shops and restaurants, the JX-300 for supermarkets and general commercial processing, or the JX-400 for larger frozen meat blocks and higher-volume production requirements.

The adjustable cutting guide allows one machine to prepare different portion sizes. This makes the equipment suitable for businesses that process pork ribs, meat blocks, poultry, fish and other products rather than producing only one fixed meat portion.

Compared with manual chopping, the motor-driven band saw reduces cutting effort and provides better control when handling thick frozen meat and bone-in products. More consistent portions can also improve product presentation, packaging accuracy and cooking consistency.

Different saw blades and electrical configurations can be supplied according to the raw material and destination country. Providing product photos, dimensions, temperature and bone type before purchase helps us recommend the most suitable model and blade configuration.

Frozen Meat Bone Cutting Machine
